US Archaivarian is a well-cultured comradic community of “ARCHIVARIANS” of Kegite Club International (United States of America) with cultural morals and intellect.

It is the members’ home online. Full members use it to check their annual dues, see their payment history and balance, view their general support participation and eligibility, and see the organization’s giving history. Everyone with an account can also use the community areas: activity, the members directory, photos, groups and forums.

Free Members can use the community areas and see the organization’s giving history, plus their own voluntary contributions once they have any. Full US Archaivarian members also get a personal dashboard with their annual dues, general support record and eligibility status.

There are two application forms. If you are already a member of the club and are joining US Archaivarian, use the Membership Form. If you are new to the club, use the Fellowrization Form. An administrator reviews each application, and once it is approved you will receive a welcome email about your account.

Sign in with the username or email and password on your account. If you forget your password, use the “Lost your password” link on the sign-in page and a reset link will be emailed to you. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Open your profile and choose Edit. You can update your date of birth, sex, city, country and profession. Your name, membership type, portfolio and Ilya/KY are locked so that your dues record always matches; ask an administrator if any of these need to change.

This usually means the name on your account does not match the name in the dues records. Please contact an administrator and they will link them. Free Members will see a message that their voluntary donations history will appear once they contribute; that is expected.

First check your spam or junk folder. Then make sure the email address on your account is spelled correctly, because a mistyped address bounces. If it is wrong, ask an administrator to correct it.

These are collections for club programs and events. Your dashboard lists each one you contributed to and your overall participation rate. The organization’s giving history, with the total raised for each event, is visible to every member.
